We strive to get to the root cause of your problem to prevent recurrences. Treatment is bespoke to every individual and will include manual therapy and a corrective exercise programme specific to your clinical presentation.

The manual therapy treatment modalities include:

• manual joint mobilisations
• manual soft tissue techniques-muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, trigger point release, neural mobilisation and deep tissue massage.
